Dennis graduated from National University of Singapore with an Honours Degree in Sociology with a minor in Marketing.

Rachel Lim, Associate Consultant

Rachel Lim is a communications professional with an interest in luxury, lifestyle and hospitality. With her flair for content production and communication, she is a treasured member of Craft Communications, lending her expertise to accounts such as members’ club 1880 and Bali wedding venue Tirtha Weddings. Rachel has a degree in International Relations and History from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Pan Yunxiang, Miracle, Public Relations Coordinator

Yunxiang is a wordsmith who has cleverly combined her strength in distilling words into liquid gold together with her interest in marketing and branding; harnessing her abilities, she contributed greatly at a trading company, a biotechnology company as well at China Unicom, one of two telecommunications conglomerates in China. Having lived abroad, she is also capable of cross cultural communication and her keen sense on detecting nuances help our foreign clients reach out to Chinese consumers in a powerful way.

Yunxiang graduated from the Beijing Normal University-Hong Kong Baptist University-United International College with a Bachelor of Arts in in Public Relations and Advertising. She went on to live in France where she graduated from the NEOMA Business School with a masters in Marketing. She is one of the many returnees, or haigui in local parlance, who have been educated overseas and now pursue a career back in China.
