We created a Heritage Tandoori Turkey marinated with Aromatic Spices – skewered chunks are first cooked in the tandoor, then plated and served with mango chutney and naan (left). Highlights from the buffet include Classic Roast Turkey with Giblet Sauce, Christmas Turkey Meat Roll, Chicken Galantine with Red Currant Sauce, Grain-smoked Gammon Ham and House-cured Salmon (right). Answer the tempting call for desserts with a Rum-tastic Chestnut Log Cake, made with chestnuts that are best harvested this season; the Strawberry Yuzu Log Cake, a blend of two matching Japanese fruits, comes in a nice, festive shade of red.
