Dennis She, Consultant 

Dennis She brings about detailed execution, providing strategic account management across various accounts to bring about the results which elevate clients’ corporate positioning.  Crafting campaigns with powerful messages backed by sound strategies, his strategic PR counsel ensures clients are able to meet their communications objectives.

Carmen Leong, Associate Consultant

Carmen Leong is a communications professional with a passion for luxury, lifestyle, design, and hospitality. A natural storyteller with a keen editorial eye, she specialises in crafting compelling narratives and impactful campaigns that elevate brand presence and engagement. 

She has worked with esteemed clients such as FIND – Design Fair Asia and Orchard Hotel Singapore, securing media coverage in prestigious local and international publications. Beyond traditional media, she collaborates with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to enhance brand visibility and engagement in the digital space.

A graduate of NTU’s Wee Kim Wee School of Communication and Information, with a degree in Communication Studies and a Minor in Korean Language, Carmen brings both strategic insight and creative flair to her work, transforming brand stories into meaningful conversations.

Mary Gwyneth Chan Casuncad, Associate Consultant

Mary Gwyneth Chan Casuncad is a communications professional specialising in influencer marketing, campaign execution, and strategic brand storytelling. As an Associate Consultant at Craft Communications, she plays a pivotal role in managing Key Opinion Leader (KOL) collaborations for Goldheart Jewelry and Lee Hwa Jewellery, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact across multiple campaigns.

With a strong background in negotiation, organisation, and data-driven decision-making, Mary Gwyneth has successfully driven influencer marketing strategies that have amplified brand visibility and engagement. She manages KOL engagement, content creation, and media outreach across Instagram, TikTok, and Lemon8, aligning brand narratives with influential voices to enhance campaign reach. She also conducts in-depth campaign analytics to assess media value, social media engagement, and ROI, optimising future marketing efforts.

A graduate of Nanyang Technological University, Mary Gwyneth holds a Bachelor of Social Science (Honours) in Sociology with a Minor in Modern Languages (Korean). With a background in research writing and data analysis, she combines strategic insight with creative execution, transforming brand stories into compelling conversations.

Nathalie Aurelia, Associate Consultant

Nathalie is a communications professional specialising in crafting tailored campaigns that elevate brand presence and drive meaningful engagement.

She has successfully managed media relations and strategic cross-marketing partnerships for leading clients such as FIND – Design Fair Asia and The Aviary Hotel, securing coverage in prominent local and international publications.

Her expertise extends to working closely with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influencers, helping brands expand their reach and create authentic connections with their audiences.

Nathalie is a graduate from RMIT University with a major in Finance and a minor in Marketing.

Calista Sein, Associate Consultant

Calista is a digital storyteller with an eye for detail and a flair for visual content. At Craft Communications, she brings brand narratives to life through engaging video edits and thoughtfully-crafted content, always tailored to resonate across social platforms.

She oversees KOL collaborations for Orchard Hotel Singapore, amongst other clients, managing everything from influencer outreach and coordination to creative briefing and final delivery. Whether she’s editing reels or designing visuals, Calista blends creativity with intention – ensuring every piece of content feels both elevated and effortless.

Beyond her day-to-day work, Calista stays attuned to emerging trends in digital media, design, and content strategy. She brings a considered, forward-thinking approach to her craft, consistently striving to deliver content that is both impactful and aligned with brand vision.

Alycia Bessaud, Public Relations Assistant

Alycia is a French communications professional with a background in event management and strategic consulting. At Craft Communications, she supports the team in managing media relations and coordinating interviews for various clients, while also contributing to media pitching, content creation and KOL engagement, ensuring seamless campaign execution and consistent brand storytelling across markets. She currently takes care of clients such as FIND – Design Fair Asia, Orchard Hotel Singapore and Mber.

Prior to joining Craft, Alycia was part of Deezer‘s Global Events team in Paris, where she managed large scale event organisation and oversaw logistics and PR communications between artists and internal teams. This experience strengthened her ability to navigate complex projects and align creative, operational and media objectives on an international scale.

Alycia is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in General Management and Strategy Consulting at IÉSEG  School of Management. Outside of her role, she manages an artist and influencer with a large online following, deepening her expertise in social media strategy and digital influence. 

Justin Loh, Photographer

Justin is a professional photographer with a portfolio in architecture, products, food, fashion, lifestyle and portraiture photography in various sector including hospitality and publishing.

With over 13 years in the industry, Justin cut his teeth as a photographer with SPH magazines for eight years. He has earned recognition for his innovative use of compositions, angles and lighting emphasis and he seeks to capture spectacular photographs with a signature style that is candid, natural and endearing be it a lifestyle interior image, a corporate event or food photography. 

Justin has a discerning eye for capturing timeless moments and was also the official photographer for many high key events such as Audi Fashion Week, Shape Run, Female’s Magazine 50 Gorgeous People, Singapore strongman challenge and numerous high society events.

Justin’s photography has appeared in various media outlets including renowned lifestyle publications such as Her World, Home & Décor, Nuyou, The Peak and more. He has also been commissioned by the likes of  Pan Pacific Hotels Group, Millennium Hotels & Resorts and Four Points by Sheraton to handle their portrait, interiors and food photography.

We love to tell a good story and are always brimming with confidence and ideas like Corcovado in the morning sun.
